12. Application: A572 is a high strength low alloy steel plate used in a variety of structural applications. It is produced in Grades 42, 50, 60 & 65—the grades representing the yield strength. The most common grade Bebon made is Grade 60 and Grade 65 which are produced up to 100mm thick.

The A572GR60 steel and A572GR65 steel shall be semi-killed or killed. The use of columbium, vanadium, titanium, or combinations thereof shall meet the requirements of the producers and A572 specifications.
